6. Creating/Editing Keywords
To create a new keyword:

6. 1 Open the "Keywords" view located in the left view pane. (See Figure 1)

6. 2 There are 2 ways to create new keywords. First option is to create a new keyword with the "Create Keyword" button at the top of the Keywords view. The second option is to copy and paste an existing keyword and edit the copied document.

6. 3 To create a new keyword using the Create Keyword button, click on the button at the top of the view. See figure 2.

Select the keyword category from the drop down list. Next enter the value of your keyword in the "Enter Keyword" field.
Click on the button at the top of the form. The document will be saved and you will be taken back to the "Keywords" view and the new keyword will be displayed in the view in the category you selected

6. 4 To copy and paste an existing keyword and edit the copied document., select a existing document in the view and from the file menu Select Edit -
Copy then Edit - Paste. Note a copy of the selected document will be created. Now double click on the copied document to open it and click on the "Edit" button at the top to edit the keyword See figure 4.

Click on the button at the top of the form. The document will be saved and you will be taken back to the "Keywords" view and the new keyword will be displayed in the view in the category you selected
